We love designing for coastal homes 🌊🏠 but rather than too beachy, we prefer a coastal elegance. Some pieces and elements from the coast tied into the space. For this home we’re using stones on the bottom of the shower and accents of sea glass throughout. Can’t wait to see this one come to life!

When staging highly upgraded properties, only minimum accessories are needed so buyers can see the upgrades they are purchasing. Adding too many accessories or bold colors will distract the eye from seeing the beautiful upgrades. ❌ Older homes may need more accessories to detract from the out dated space, but upgraded homes…keep it minimal 👌🏻
