At first, this model was not selling because it was made to be an outside space instead of an inside space. So we then made sure that this space felt like it had a purpose and belonged to the open concept of the home. We were able to achieve this by creating this seating area, which buyers loved!

Dark cabinets are coming back! I love the dark contrast of the cabinets against the white quartz. I used smaller, light colored furniture in this condo so that it appeared larger. And I also pulled the colors of the accessories and furniture from the art, making it a very balanced and cohesive look.

White on white isn’t my favorite when staging a home, because I prefer to add some color. When staging a white home, it is so important to add color by warming the space using large pieces of art.

All we did was paint the cabinets, add hardware, new counter top, new back splash and new appliances and this kitchen looks like a it’s had a complete remodel. I love the way this Kitchen turned out!
