The median price is actually between $3k – $4k, not $675. 😬 Unfortunately, most national polls aren’t accurate to our area. We love designing for coastal homes 🌊🏠 but rather than too beachy, we prefer a coastal elegance. Some pieces and elements from the coast tied into the space. For this home we’re using stones on the bottom of the shower and accents of sea glass throughout. Can’t wait to see this one come to life!
